Qualification & Finance...

In order to qualify for hospice Home Care you must be diagnosed with a terminal illness and be referred to hospice program by your physician. The patient must have a primary care giver to oversee them in the home.

Hospice is covered by Medicare, Medicaid, Veteran, Blue Cross Blue Shield and some other private insurances. THERE IS NEVER A CHARGE TO THE PATIENT OR PATIENT'S FAMILY FOR HOSPICE CARE PROVIDED BY RHC.
